Monitor - Add to menu: Help -> Export Privates List.  this feature creates a csv file with the supported vehicles.
FMS - Change Gear parameters to be unsigned and without offset.
Privates - Add Kia Morning, Kia Sonet, Chevrolet NQR.  Add fuel calculated parametres to Mercedes Truck.
